How to Reduce Risk in Breast Cancer?
The risk of breast cancer can be reduced with some changes in daily life. The risk can be reduced by taking care of not gaining weight, doing sports, not eating high-fat foods, smoking and drinking alcohol, and not taking hormone replacement therapies after menopause. In patients who have a genetic disorder as a result of genetic analysis in the family with a history of genetic-transmitted breast cancer, surgical removal and replacement of both breasts, replacement of ovaries or medication can be applied.
